Use of personal data collected and privacy policy

In France, personal data is notably protected by law n° 78-87 of January 6, 1978, law n° 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of October 24, 1995.

Contact form

The information collected on the contact form on the website is sent by e-mail to make commercial proposals relating to Creative Business Development services.
This information is sent by https protocol under an SSL certificate to protect the information when it is sent. They are kept for 1 year and are intended for Mrs Genevet, owner of the site.
This data is as follows:

– First name
– Phone
– E-mail address
– Free message in which other personal data could be filled in by the user

The data provided is only stored in the e-mail box of Mrs Genevet who receives the e-mails via the forms on the site, as well as in an Excel file on Mrs Genevet’s computer. The devices where this data is accessible (mobile phones and computers) are protected by a password.
In any case, the user can refuse to provide personal data. In this case, he or she will not be able to use the services of the site, nor will he or she be able to request information about these services.

In accordance with the law “informatique et libertés”, any user has the right to access, rectify and oppose personal data concerning him/her by contacting :
