Chefs’ prowess: Relais & Châteaux celebrates women’s culinary creation

On the occasion of Women’s Day, Relais & Châteaux intends to honour all the female chefs across the globe who run the kitchens of its member houses. 

Twenty-three chefs in the network sing the praises of auteur cuisine on their plates, four of whom have been awarded three Michelin stars, out of only six in the world. These four high-ranking women who embody cuisine of excellence with immense sensitivity, generosity and rigour have reached the top and are determined to stay there.

Throughout March and April, Relais & Châteaux will broadcast four portraits of these top chefs on its magazine Instants and on its Instagram account: Annie Féolde at the Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence (Italy), Nadia Santini at the Restaurant Dal Pescatore Santini in Mantua (Italy), Elena Arzak at the Restaurante Arzak in Saint-Sebastien (Spain) and Anne-Sophie Pic, at the Maison Pic in Valence (France).
