The On July 20, Mama Shelter will open her 13th establishment at the Luxembourg. On this occasion and for the first time internationally, Mama called upon the young and innovative French chef Jean-Edern Hurstel to elaborate a unique and surprising menu. This partnership is in line with the many chefs with whom the brand has collaborated since its beginnings in France: in 2008 with Alain Senderens, then Jerome Banctel and today with Guy Savoy.
Jean-Edern, in collaboration with the Mama Shelter teams, has developed different culinary offerings. As always at Mama’s, there will be for all tastes and budgets. A blend of local flavours and iconic dishes that have made Mama Shelter’s culinary reputation. The chef has mixed the brand’s codes with his own values: sharing and generosity. “Be happy and make people happy! “as he says so himself.
From on July 20th, opening of the rooftop via a Mediterranean menu with par example the Pissaladière, the plate of tomatoes confit with anchovies and Taggiasche olives, the Moussaka gourmet, the Carpaccio with spices or the Southern Churros cone again.
In In September, he will create an original and cosmopolitan map for the opening of the restaurant and its pizzeria over a wood fire. He will compose also the menu of the Mama Works bakery (co-working space) located in the Mama Shelter.
